Westlake ADU LLC

Lukas and his wife, Kimia, were exceptionally pleasant to work with earlier this year. Lukas assisted us with replacing a roof tile in preparation of the El Niño season. From start to finish, Lukas and Kimia were professional, kind and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

Lukas and his team are amazing! He was able to make my vision a reality, and had a ton of great ideas of his own! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Had a beautiful 1000sq JADU Built converted my garage and Westlake ADU did a fantastic job highly recommended I am a contractor myself and Lukas’s work speaks for itself!

We had a great experience working with Westlake ADU LLC. They were professional, reliable, and completed the project on time and within budget. Their attention to detail and communication throughout the process made everything stress-free. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy contractor.

We hired Westlake ADU LLC to construct a 1200 sq ft accessory dwelling unit in our backyard, and from the first consultation to the final walkthrough, the experience was outstanding. Lukas kept us informed at every stage, sending weekly photo updates and flagging a potential drainage issue *before* it became a problem. That kind of proactive communication is rare!! The crew was professional, respectful of our property, and consistently cleaned up the site at the end of each day. They finished two weeks ahead of schedule and came in under budget, returning the difference without us having to ask. The craftsmanship itself is beautiful. Clean drywall, tight tile work in the bathroom, and trim details that match our main house perfectly. Our tenant moved in last month and has already commented on how solid and well-insulated it feels. If you're considering an ADU and want a team that treats your project like it's their own home being built, look no further than Westlake ADU LLC. We'll be recommending Lukas and his crew to every neighbor who asks.

We hired Westlake ADU to prep and paint our nursery, including patching several holes and repairing imperfections in the walls, and the quality of the work was excellent. What stood out most was the attention to detail and level of craftsmanship he brought to every part of the project. The finished room looks fantastic, and it’s clear he takes a lot of pride in his work. Beyond our project, he has extensive experience with larger construction and remodeling jobs, which definitely shows in his professionalism, knowledge, and problem-solving skills. He was reliable, communicative, and easy to work with throughout the process. We would not hesitate to recommend him for projects both large and small.

I’m an estate manager for luxury estates in Malibu and have been working with Westlake ADU for years. This company has been nothing short of phenomenal, Lukas Fancy and the crew are professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. Any projects they’ve completed whether it be new builds, renovations, repair work, etc. have been completed with high quality and in a timely manner. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants trustworthy business that exceeds expectations. I will continue to work with them for as long as I can. Thank you Lukas!

Westlake adu helped us with the process from start to finish. Full design build, one stop shop. I have been working with Lukas Fancy for over 10 yrs and highly recommend him for your ADU project. He is highly communicative and does excellent work.

We appreciate Lucas and his team as very professional, clean and on time. One thing I was impressed by was his ethics, old school craftsmanship mixed with modern technology and products. Lucas provided me with step by step job costing and was transparent on phases of remodel.
