We hired Westlake ADU LLC to construct a 1200 sq ft accessory dwelling unit in our backyard, and from the first consultation to the final walkthrough, the experience was outstanding. Lukas kept us informed at every stage, sending weekly photo updates and flagging a potential drainage issue *before* it became a problem. That kind of proactive communication is rare!! The crew was professional, respectful of our property, and consistently cleaned up the site at the end of each day. They finished two weeks ahead of schedule and came in under budget, returning the difference without us having to ask. The craftsmanship itself is beautiful. Clean drywall, tight tile work in the bathroom, and trim details that match our main house perfectly. Our tenant moved in last month and has already commented on how solid and well-insulated it feels.
